REQUIREMENTS FOR A TITLE LOAN/PAWN
- You have to be 18 years of age to legally enter into a title loan/pawn agreement (19 years of age in Alabama).
- Drive your vehicle to the store location for inspection.
- Bring your clear title to the vehicle, we will be holding on to that.
- Valid (not expired) Government Issued Photo ID.
- Nevada only – Proof of Income
REQUIREMENTS FOR A PAYDAY LOAN/CASH ADVANCE
- You have to be 18 years of age to legally enter into a check advance agreement (19 years of age in Alabama).
- Valid (not expired) Government Issued Photo ID.
- Alabama only – You must provide you social security card or another government issued document showing your social security number.
- Your personal check, we will be holding onto that.
- Your most recent bank statement. You have to have an open and active checking account. In Alabama, we require your checking account to have been opened for a minimum of 30 days.
- Proof of Income. This can be a check stub, social security benefits letter, proof listed on your bank statement, etc.
MISSISSIPPI CREDIT AVAILABILITY LOAN
- You must be 18 years of age to enter into a Credit Availability loan agreement.
- Valid (not expired) Government Issued Photo ID.
